Sports, one-day field trips and general day-to-day activities can all lead to injuries. Having coverage during school hours, or around the clock can insure your loved ones get the care they need without financial hardship to your family.

Athletic Fees

• $75 per sport per season
• $225 maximum per family per school year

Athletic Participation

For all athletes to participate in a sport:

• Registration & athletic fees must be paid
• Athletes must have a current physical on file in the Athletics office before beginning sports.

Physical Form

• Sports registration, Fall/Winter/Spring, must be done online. See Athletic web page for registration link.
