The boys cross country team successfully defended our Lake County Invite title, in a very strong performance. We totaled 33 points, putting 6 runners in the top 12 overall. Second place Barrington had 87 points, 3rd place Stevenson had 107, and Libertyville was 4th with 132. Our top 7 in the race were-
3rd- Mikey Parduhn
5th- Dillon Blake
7th- Robert St. Clair...
8th- Aidan Afonso
10th- Dario Carrillo
12th- Carl Schoenfield
41st- Kevin Garcia
The top 6 runners all earned All-County honors.
The Open Squad nearly duplicated the Varsity's performance, narrowly losing to Stevenson 31-39. The Open Squad was led by freshmen Robert McKee, Cale Sethna, and Nathan Clapp, who went 3-4-5. Sophomores Jon Aube and Jake Perraud closed out the scoring, taking 13th and 24th. There were tons of PRs on the night, but I really want to give a shout out to Noah Colon, Stephen Hurley, and Vikram Chandramouli, who all dropped 4 minutes or more from their respective PRs! Art Campbell would be very proud of all of our mustang runners.
