This forum, hosted by local Catalyst students, will feature experts such as Kevin Sabet, President of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, Dale Quigley, Deputy Director from High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas; Peter Bensinger former head of the DEA; and community activists from Compton, California.
