Mundelein High School will host its first annual Greater Mundelein Area Art Show to replace the traditional All-School Art Show Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 14. A reception will open to the public beginning at 6:30 p.m. April 13 while the exhibits will be available for students and staff from 11:30 a.m. April 13 through 11:50 a.m. April 14. The event is free.
“For the first time we have invited each of the feeder schools to participate alongside MHS students in exhibiting their artwork,” said Jonathan Pruc, MHS art instructor.
All forms of artistic expression will be on display and will include student artists from Mundelein High School, Carl Sandburg Middle School, Mechanics Grove, Lincoln Elementary, Washington Elementary, West Oak Middle School, Diamond Lake Elementary, Fremont Middle School, Fremont Intermediate and Fremont Elementary.
