EKG screenings for students enrolled in Wellness and select Fine/Applied Arts courses.
Cost per student is $15.
Register by September 11, 2016 to automatically receive a FREE copy of your EKG by email from the Max Schewitz Foundation. If you would like a copy after the early registration, there will be a $10 service fee per copy.
