El Baile dance on April 2. Tickets are only $5 and go on sale starting next week Monday 3/14 – 3/31 in the bookstore and online.
Puertas Club is responsible for putting on the dance, and we are so excited to be doing it after a 2 years hiatus (we went home for the pandemic 2 weeks before El Baile was supposed to occur in 2020)!
This year we are also having a pre-dance dinner and live Folklorico performance show that costs $10 for any students that want to come an hour before the official dance begins.
Puertas Club is also hosting student-run dance lessons in common Latin dances such as cumbia, bachata, and Caballo dorado for all students to attend on 3/15 and 3/29 from 3:30-4:30 after school in the Cafeteria. We will also be doing a spirit week from 3/28-4/1 the week of the dance.
