Selected MHS students audition to participate in the IMEA District 7 Band and Jazz Festivals in November. Students travel to Niles North High School to audition. If selected, they will perform with the area's best student musicians in large "all-star" bands, orchestras, or jazz bands.
Students will be transported via school bus to and from Niles North to audition. Audition fees will be covered by the school. If a selected student pulls out of the audition because they are not prepared the audition fee of $15 will be assessed to the student instead.
