MHS REGISTRATION HELP DAY

Need help registering your MHS student? Please stop by the District Office East located at 470 N. Lake Street. ( Parking behind the building off Park St.)
Incoming 9th-grade students will need to bring their birth certificate and parent's proof of residency: Mortgage or lease and a current utility bill.
No appointment is necessary. Drop in from 5 - 7:30 p.m.!

¿Necesita ayuda para registrar a su estudiante de MHS? Por favor pase por la oficina del Distrito Este localizada en 470 N. Lake street. (Estacionamiento detrás del edificio de Park St.)
Los estudiantes de 9no grado necesitarán traer su certificado de nacimiento y prueba de residencia de los padres: Hipoteca o contrato de arrendamiento y una factura actual de servicios públicos.
No es necesario hacer cita, venga de 5 a 7:30 p.m.!
