Subject: Last chance to get your school portrait taken or retaken
Dear Parents and Students,
Here is important information regarding school portrait retakes and senior portraits that will be used for the 2019-2020 yearbook by class.
Freshmen: If students have not yet taken their school portrait or would like to retake pictures either from Freshman Orientation or from Sept. 11, a photo opportunity and retakes will be offered at the school on Wednesday, Oct. 16, during a time that suits their schedule.
Sophomores & Juniors: Retakes or a chance to get photographed will be offered at the school on Wednesday, Oct. 16, during a time that suits the student’s schedule.
Seniors
- If seniors have not yet had their head-and-shoulder shot taken at the photography studio or would like a retake of the head-and-shoulder shot, they can do so on Oct. 16 at the school during a time that suits their schedule.
- SENIORS MUST SELECT THEIR HEAD-AND-SHOULDER SHOT FOR THE YEARBOOK BY OCT. 20. Otherwise, VIP will select one for them.
- Because of deadlines the yearbook staff is required to meet, senior portrait shots will not be taken after the Oct. 20 deadline.
Purchase is not required but may be made here.
