Mundelein High School will host its annual Mundelein All Area Art Show Thursday, April 25 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the main gym free of charge. Each year, the MHS Art Department invites each of the feeder schools to participate alongside MHS students in exhibiting their artwork. Those schools include West Oak Middle School, Diamond Lake Elementary, Fairhaven School, Fremont Middle, Fremont Intermediate, Fremont Elementary and Mechanics Grove Elementary School. The event will include all types of art from painting, jewelry making, photography, sculpture and many more. Mundelein art teachers include David Mork, Jonathan Pruc and Peter Schrenk.
