FBLA students earn state honors; qualify for national competition

Students and advisors of the Mundelein High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America [FBLA] traveled to and competed at the State Leadership Conference in Springfield March 24 and 25. As a state officer, senior Adriana Feijoo presided over the conference, which included 21 students from MHS. Members competed in various events that tested their business leadership skills. 
More than 30 students competed, either at the conference or beforehand, and several placed high enough to qualify, as an individual or as a team, to continue on to the National Leadership Conference. Nationals will be held in Anaheim, California during the summer. 
The following FBLA members earned awards:
