Mundelein and Libertyville high schools will meet for the Breast Cancer Volleyball Match on Thursday, October 4, at 5 p.m. in the MHS main gym. Admission will be a donation of $5 for adults and $3 for children. A limited number of newly designed t-shirts will be available in the bookstore beginning Monday, October 1. Cost is $10 for short sleeve and $15 for long sleeve shirts

Roughly 94 percent of the money raised through this event will go to the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. Last year, the event collected $4,500 and to date the annual event has raised more than $34,000. The night of the game will include raffle baskets at $5 a ticket or five for $20 and a 50/50 raffle for $2 a ticket or 6 for $10. A pair of Bears game tickets will be part of a silent auction.

Area residents are invited to make straight donations to the cause at the MHS Bookstore. Checks should be made out to Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation.
