Class of 2020 Senior Portrait & Yearbook Information
Visual Image Photography (VIP) is the official photographer of Mundelein High School and is honored to be a part of your senior experience. In order to appear in the yearbook, all seniors must have their photo taken by VIP. Photographs submitted from other studios will NOT be accepted into the yearbook.

Mundelein High School Photography Dates and Times
Visual Image Photography has appointments Monday through Saturday, all summer long at our Wheeling studio.
Mundelein High School seniors must be photographed, and have their yearbook image selected by October 16, 2019, to appear in the yearbook. This date is set by your school and cannot be extended. Information regarding how to submit your yearbook selection to VIP will be provided after your photo session.
All photo sessions will take place at our Wheeling Studio location:

Session Types and Proofing:
We offer 6 types of sessions for your senior portraits:
1. Basic: No session fee, 5 minutes, yearbook only session. If you are doing the Basic yearbook only session, VIP will choose your yearbook image for you. With the Basic session, your yearbook image will not be retouched. If you are doing any of the other session types, you will be able to choose your own yearbook image.
2. Classic: $15 session fee, 10 minutes, yearbook and cap and gown session. You will receive 7-10 yearbook proofs to choose from for the yearbook and for orders, as well as an additional 7-10 cap and gown proofs to view and order.
3. Premier: $35 session fee, 30 minutes, one outfit, includes yearbook and cap and gown images, up to three different backgrounds, 30-40 proofs to view and order.
4. Paramount: $45 session fee, 60 minutes, two outfits, includes yearbook and cap and gown images, up to four different backgrounds, 40-60 proofs to view and order.
5. Organic & Industrial: $65 session fee, 60 minutes, up to two outfits, 60-80 proofs to view and order. This session begins with yearbook and cap and gown images at our Wheeling studio. All other images will be taken outside around our industrial parkway. **Please note that in the event of inclement weather you should still come to the studio for your yearbook and cap and gown session. We will do our best to reschedule the outdoor portion of your appointment as soon as possible. If rescheduling your outdoor portraits is not a possibility due to scheduling conflicts, you will receive an order credit of $50 toward your yearbook/cap and gown order**
6. Countryside: $85 session fee, 120 minutes, up to two outfits, 80-150 proofs to view and order. This session begins with yearbook and cap and gown images at our Wheeling studio. All other images will be taken at Ryerson Conservation Area. **Please note that in the event of inclement weather you should still come to the studio for your yearbook and cap and gown session. We will do our best to reschedule the outdoor portion of your appointment as soon as possible. If rescheduling your outdoor portraits is not a possibility due to scheduling conflicts, you will receive an order credit of $70 toward your yearbook/cap and gown order**
If you are more than 15 minutes late we will only be able to accommodate the yearbook only session. The remainder of your session will need to be rescheduled.
Proofs will be available online and photos can be ordered from any of the 6 types of sessions. Package and pricing information will be provided after your photo session.
NOTE: All online images will be watermarked and have not yet been color corrected, retouched or cropped.
