Mundelein High School has again partnered with the Mundelein Park District for Fitness Classes offered through the park district but held at MHS beginning September 12.  Community members can register for these classes at the park district. All participants must sign the park district waiver. 

Monday evening Strength Class starts September 12, from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  Cost is $75 for residents and $90 for non-residents. Thursday evening Indoor Cycle and Core Classes start September 15, also from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Cost is $65 for residents and $78 for non-residents. .Other opportunities for fitness include:
Starting October 2, Sunday morning swimming will be offered at 6:30 a.m.  Various Distance swim workouts will be provided for all levels of swimming with lifeguards on duty.  (Fundraiser for the MHS Triathlon Club)
