Mundelein High School’s Student Leadership organization will welcome all students back to school on Friday, Aug. 23 with scrimmages and a carnival. The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with scrimmages by girls volleyball, boys soccer and football. Also performing during that time will be the dance team, cheer team and marching band. The public is invited to attend any of these activities; however, only students may attend the Back to School Bash set for 7 to 9 p.m.

Cost of admission to the Bash will be $5 which includes food, access to the stadium field, inflatables and music. New this year, students will be able to compete against each other at the Gladiator Joust and race their peers on over-sized tricycles. There will also be a dunk tank where students will have a chance to dunk some of their teachers.
