Mundelein High School’s varsity boys basketball team will compete in the Chipotle Clash of Champions to be held Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13. The Mustangs were on an Adaptive Pause earlier but the Lake County Health Department has approved lifting the pause and the Mustangs are ready to compete. Mundelein (3) will face off against Fenwick (6) at 7 p.m. on Friday. The rest of the schedule is as follows:
Friday, March 12 – Simeon (1) vs. St. Patrick (8) at 1 p.m.; Notre Dame (4) plays the Central Suburban Champion (5) at 3 p.m.; Whitney Young (2) takes on DePaul Prep (7) at 5 p.m. Pairings for the Saturday semi-finals will be determined by the quarterfinals outcomes.
