Mundelein High School Senior, Sabrina Lee, has been chosen as one of 10 Lake County high school seniors for the 2017-2018 Lake County Suburban Daily Herald Leadership Team. The Leadership Team recognizes high school students who excel in volunteerism and community service.
Lee, along with other team members, will be featured in a special edition of the Daily Herald’s Neighbor section on Thursday, Jan. 18. The section will feature profiles of the winning Team members as well as the honorable mentions.
During her high school career at MHS Lee has been involved in Link Crew, Model United Nations, National Honor Society, Student Athlete Leadership Team [SALT], Dance and Lacrosse. She is currently the Senior Class President.
Team members were nominated by their respective high schools for their work with community and school service along with the leadership they have shown in those endeavors. A panel of judges selected the Team from a large number of high school students in Lake County.
“Congratulations on being named to the Daily Herald Leadership Team and thank you for your exceptional commitment to volunteerism,” said Renee Trappe of the Daily Herald.
