Mundelein High School’s Special Olympic athletes will take on members of the MHS staff in a Special Olympics Basketball game to help the team celebrate the close of their inaugural season. The Special Olympics athletes were given the opportunity to hand pick the staff team. Eric Billittier is the team coach. Krissy Pawlicki is Special Olympics Athletic Director and assistant coach. John Pauley is also an assistant coach.
The friendly game will take place Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. in the main gym. All are invited to take part in this free activity.
