Help STAND-UP spread the word about Mental Health First Aid trainings happening next week.
Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches adults how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Anyone can take this course because anyone can encounter someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants include teachers, coaches, healthcare professionals, veterans, first-responders, parents, grandparents, church youth workers. Training is free.
