Mundelein High School’s jazz groups will perform in a free concert to be held Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the MHS Auditorium. Featured performance groups include the Honors Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Orchestra and Jazz Combo.

All of the musicians participating in this concert will travel to West Lafayette, Indiana during the following weekend to perform at the Purdue Jazz Festival.

The concert will showcase music by Alan Baylock, Ahmad Jamal, Blue Mitchell, Maria Schneider, Don Menza, Gordon Goodwin, Cole Porter and others.
